HKUST Faculty Wins Inaugural BOCHK Science and Technology Innovation Prize

Congrats to Prof. FAN Zhiyong on winning the inaugural BOCHK Science and Technology Innovation Prize (STIP) under the field of "New Materials and New Energy"! Organized by the Hong Kong Alliance of Technology and Innovation and sponsored by Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited, STIP has been established to encourage and promote the development of science and technology innovation in Hong Kong. Each of the five inaugural Laureates will receive HK$2 million to push forward the frontiers of their respective fields to meet the country's major strategic needs and make an impact on economic development and people's livelihood.
